Swish partners with point software to aid federal supply chain agency

Swish Data, Northern Virginia-based trusted Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) provider of technology solutions, has reportedly partnered with Check Point Software Technologies Ltd. to help a U.S. Federal supply chain management agency in strengthening the security landscape.

Both companies will assist the agency in meeting COVID-19 pandemic challenges to securely manage a supply chain of billions of dollars in services and goods in a support of national security.

With a commitment to responsiveness and agility, the agency requires a strong security strategy that conveniently works without the need to consistently troubleshoot and optimize. Swish and Check Point have closed the agreement worth USD 14 million to enable the agency's mission success.

Speaking which, Monty Deel, CEO at Swish said that things reached a crucial peak for the agency when the COVID-19 pandemic struck. They have become a prominent player in the federal government's response efforts to tackle COVID-19, he said while adding that they were anticipated to meet all provisional requirements and transition around 65% of their workforce to remote working securely.

Check Point and Swish helped the agency in transitioning to telework without security breaches or changes to their present security infrastructure. The agency was optimized and ready to conventionally manage the increased remote workload along with the surge in COVID-19 pandemic mission requirements.

Mr. Deel further added that this couldn’t have occurred without the reliable security infrastructure offered by Check Point and Swish. The Check Point security platform performed extraordinary well under the extra stress of telework and the agency continues to expand the platform as their requirement change, he states.

For the record, Check Point Software Technologies Ltd. is one of the leading providers of cybersecurity solutions to corporate and government enterprises across the globe. Check Point and Swish data will continue to offer a top-notch level of security the agency depends on to complete their daily missions.
